Casting Associate
Regina started an “extended” internship with Heery Casting the day it opened its doors. While at Temple University, she was accepted for an internship program based in Los Angeles; there Regina had the opportunity to “get a taste” of the other aspects of film and TV production -from on-set PA work to script development. She began working full-time at Heery Casting after graduating with a BA in Communications from Temple University and since then has become an integral part of the team!
Casting Assistant
Colleen is the newest addition to the Heery Casting Family! Colleen graduated this year from Rowan University with her Bachelors’ degree in Radio, TV & Film. (Magna Cum Laude-Congratulations Colleen!) Some of her student film projects have been screened at area festivals and were well received. She came on board at Heery Casting during a huge feature film project, where she received her “baptism of fire”. Colleen hit the ground running here on her first day and hasn’t stopped since.
Executive Vice President of Security
Tommy is our ever-watchful security dog- just don’t wake him from his day-long nap. He is a “ridgeless” Rhodesian Ridgeback who lives for coming to work everyday, and looks forward to greeting everyone. Tommy also has enjoyed being in front of the camera, in his recurring role as Ethan’s dog in the Nickelodeon TV series, “What Goes On.” Because of Tommy’s diligence, our office is squirrel-free!
Our staff page would be incomplete without a tribute to Mary Ann Black. Mary Ann was a shining light, a sane person in our insane world of show business, and a great friend. She was always a voice of encouragement and inspiration to all that came into her orbit.
Mary Ann retired from teaching at Ridley High School, easily taking on her role as casting director as her “retirement” job. She was an integral part of Heery Casting from the beginning and we are grateful that we had the privilege of having Mary Ann in our lives.
